Obituary of Chantell Alexandrea Moody

Chantell Alexandrea Moody of Escondido, California passed away July 30, 2022 in Largo, FL. Predeceased by her mother, Cynthia Moody. She is survived by her two daughters; her father, Fredrik Moody; her uncle Chadwick Moody (Jane); her grandmother Heather Harvey; her two younger sisters Heather Shouse (Kyle) and Cheyenne Moody, her youngest brother Freddie Moody; her four beloved nieces, and nephew.

She grew up in California before moving to Florida with her parents. When she was younger Chantell loved spending time on the beach with her grandmother, Heather, and would often take summer vacations there to see her. Chantell was pretty amazing, especially with kids. Her sisters recall their favorite memories when they would stay up late with their mom and watch movies; and when they would do face masks and scare their mom together.

Chantell was smart, outgoing, loving and funny. She was always the life of the party and could definitely make you laugh.

Chantell loved to have fun and be creative, especially musically. Chantelle was very passionate about the marching band in high school where she played the flute. Lyric and Melody, Chantell’s daughters, could not be more appropriately named, continuing the passion of their late mother with their own love of music.

Chantell will be missed by many.

A memorial will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 11:00 am at Lake Seminole Park located at 10015 Park Blvd Shelter #5.
