Obituary of Cheryl Lynn Beatty

Cheryl Lynn Beatty, 59, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 30th, 2023. She will be dearly missed and always remembered, and after a long battle with cancer, she is finally at peace. 

Cheryl was full of life. She was fun-loving, spunky, and adventurous. She was generous to others, always willing to help those in need. She was a dreamer, always thinking and planning for the future. She loved to travel and had many more places she wanted to see. Cheryl had artistic talents, making unique pieces of art for others. She loved spending time with family and friends. There are so many great memories of her that will last forever, never forgotten.

Cheryl is predeceased by her mother, Margaret L. Moore, and her son, Justin Beatty.

She is survived by the love of her life, Nicholas Damiano, who cared for her and never left her side throughout her journey; their children Jason Beatty, Joshua Beatty, Annie Damiano, and Nicole Damiano; siblings Charles Paschal, Catherine Celendano, Wayne Moore, Michael Moore, and Kevin Moore; aunt Diane Williams; and three grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She is survived by many other loving family members.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date for family member and close friends. Cheryl had requested cremation and the scattering of her ashes in a small area of the Gulf. Family members will be completing these final wishes at a later date.

The family would like to thank the many physicians and nurses who provided care throughout her journey. Also, special thanks to those who attended to her during her final days at Marliere Hospice House.
