Obituary of Michael Dean Smith

Michael "Dean" Smith, age 62, of Largo, FL, passed away on September 10, 2023 at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. He was born in Ohio but spent a good part of his life in Winter Haven, FL with his family. 

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Larry Smith. He is survived by his children Taylor Rotton and Zachary Smith; mother Sandra Partee; partner Sara Kolodin; brother Mark Smith; and grandchildren Brayden Rotton and Michele Davis.

Michael was a hard-working man. He brought a smile and laughter wherever he went. He loved his family and enjoyed the time he had with them. Michael enjoyed cars and music. He had a unique sense of humor that only a few understood and loved. His many jokes and laughs will be remembered, as well as his infinite love for his family and friends. He will be cherished always by those whose lives he touched.
