Obituary of Billy E. Willis

Billy (Bill) E. Willis, 70 Seminole, FL passed away Tuesday, January 12,2021. Bill was born 03/04/1950, in Kokomo, IN, to Gerald (Bill) and Peggy (Youngman) Willis. Bill was a graduate of Kokomo High School in 1968, and an Air Force veteran proudly serving during the Vietnam conflict from 1970-1974. He was a Civil Service Employee at Tindall AFB, Panama City, FL, where he lived for 20 years and an employee of Bay Pines VA Hospital when he relocated to Seminole, FL to be close to his family. Bill loved fishing, spending time with his best friend and sister Pam and attending AA meetings celebrating 20 years of sobriety which he was very proud of. He is survived by his Mother of Seminole, sisters Pam Willis, Largo and Vicki Chenoweth, Seminole, and his children Stacie Meeks, Billy Willis and Bobby Willis Panama City, FL. He was proceeded in death by his father December, 2001, and wife Judy April, 1992. Memorials can be made to help the Veterans Organization of your choice.
