Obituary of James Kevin Frain

James "Jimbo" Frain, 62 of Seminole, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022. 

Jim was born in Far Rockaway, New York and lived in Valley Stream, New York before moving to North Redington Beach, Florida 46 years ago. 

He was an entrepreneur and owner of Oakhurst Car Wash (Seminole) and Busy Bee Car Wash (Pinellas Park). Besides his passion for projects and sharing time with family, Jim was known for being the guy who was always first to lend a hand to neighbors, family and friends. He will be remembered as one of the kindest, funniest, most gregarious guys around. 

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Sherry, and his two children James Gainer Frain and Tori Kathleen Frain. He is also survived by his sisters: Helenanne LaBau and Maureen "Mo" Whittle (Wayne), brothers: Dan (Kathy) and Paul (Darcie) and his many special nieces and nephews: Matthew Frain (Jaime), Danielle Frain, Connor Frain, Jennifer Falasco (Billy), Kevin LaBau, Justin Frain, Kyle Frain, Meagan Whittle and Eric Whittle. Jim also leaves behind the legacy of lifelong friends to keep his Spirit alive. 

 A Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church in Seminole, Florida.
