Obituary of Fern Marie Long

Fern M. Long, 83 of Pinellas Park passed on June 14th 2022 at her home in Pinellas. Born and raised in St Petersburg she graduated from N E High school. She was a member of the camera club and her words of wisdom were  "Gentleness succeeds better than violence".

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul A. Long, son David A. Long. Fern is survived by her children Deborah Guice, Angela & David Baumgarten, Jon Paul & Tonya Long and her granddaughters Tina Baumgarten, Misty Baumgarten, Hallie Baumgarten and Lydia Long.

Fern was an avid gardener, dedicated mother and loving wife. She loved bowling and was a member of the 600 Club bowling league were she competed with friends they truly enjoyed. 

Ferns will be laid to rest with her husband Paul A. Long in a dual service/life celebration at Bay Pines Cemetery in August 2022 dates to be announced.
