Obituary of Tracy Edward Fisher

Shelly writes" Tracy and I met on August 2, 2010 in Nashville. I just moved there and he saw me walking to a building for a security class. He stopped and asked if I needed a ride and when we drove to the building, we sat next to each other. Tracy had a big heart and would help his friends out with anything and everything. The stories he would tell about himself and how he grew up had you scratching your head and thinking he made them up. He believed in Karma and always tried to do the right thing. He was a very loving and funny man that will be missed more than he knew."
