Obituary of Carmella Susan Dillen

Carmella “Caroline“ Susan (Rocco) Dillen, 85 of Largo, FL (formerly of Beaver Falls, PA) went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 29, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband Peter, her parents Carmello (Carl) and Lena Rocco, Sisters Nancy McCann & Mary Ann Rocco, Brothers Frank (Carl) & Victor Rocco. Caroline was very sweet woman with a great sense of humor who always had a smile for everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Caroline’s greatest accomplishments were being a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and Aunt. She frequently spent time babysitting her numerous nieces and nephews. She walked to her grandchildren’s school daily to make sure they got home safely. Her favorite pastimes were walking the family dog Tippy, watching her Soap Operas & Western Movies. More recently she rekindled her love for building puzzles. Caroline is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Kathy & Larry Francona, with whom she resided, son Louis & his wife Janet Dillen, 6 grandchildren Lauren Ostrander, David Francona, Tricia Campbell, Josh, Katie & Louis Jr. Dillen, 4 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Katherine Gerard & Rose Marie DeGennaro as well as numerous nieces & nephews. May the perpetual light shine upon her.
